Team of the Week: The Marcus Hookers - 12

The Skinny: The Marcus Hookers(Schanzer) won team of the week honors and jumped to the front of the pack. One of the G-Vegas boys, G-Vegas2X4&Adonkey (s. smith) is our new leader ahead of defending champ (singer) by one point. The Marcus Hookers (Schanzer) and Coach's Corner (Coach) are tied for third, while JackAceoff (MiamiDOn) slipped into a three-way tie for fifth place with NigglingGroinInjury (AussieGarth) and Biodegradable Merkin (Daddy).

The Straight Dope: I had to watch another week of NFL on Monday (and Tuesday) mornings while on assignment in Australia. I finally have a chance to update the Pauly's Pub Pools. I was too busy with work earlier in the week and then I didn't have internet connection when I headed out to explore The Great Ocean Road. Fitting that the time I'm in OZ, is when the lone Aussie in the pool started to make a run for the money.
