The Skinny: It was a three way tie for first place going into the last week. NigglingGroinInjury pulled away from the pack, while Biodegradable Merkin (Daddy) jumped into second place. This was one of the closest pools I have run... and it was certainly the most exciting!
The Straight Dope: It appeared that Senor had the Battle of the Basement locked up, but PabooPhightingPhalli (Pabooo) edged him out on the last week of the season. Congrats on finishing in dead last! Also... one of the two foreigners took down the pool. The Aussie bested all of the Americans and took down the Pauly's Pub Cup. And yeah, the only chick in the pool finished in a tie for 6th place and just missed the money.

One of the illegal immigrants in our pool (Aussie Garth) is tied for first place. Maybe we should drop a dime on him to the thugs at homeland security to haul his ass off to Gitmo?
